Our servicing has the accent on Preventative maintenance, but even the best kept machines can breakdown from time to time. All engineers are on call providing electrical, electronic and mechanical breakdown cover. Parts are usually available from our vehicles or works, but if not our field experience has enabled us to source most components directly making considerable savings which we can pass onto our customers.
Our engineers are as self sufficient as we can make them, carrying diagrams, and a full spares kit for all models. Our aim is to repair your machine immediately, whenever possible, and our many years of experience on your particular model will help us to achieve this.
We have an extensive range of NEW and RECLAIMED spares available from our works.
New items are usually secured DIRECT from the manufacturer to reduce costs and reduce lead times.
Reclaimed parts are also available. Major items such as gearboxes, transformers and PCB’s etc are often on several months delivery! If needed, a reclaimed, reconditioned and tested replacement item can be very welcome next day..
