Our Services - Servicing

Our most popular service!

Many surveys have shown that structured maintenance brings dividends in production and reduced hidden costs. Our focus - as our name suggests - is on preventative maintenance. By carefully monitoring your machine, we can assess its condition and ensure that problems are taken care of BEFORE they cause expensive downtime. Our many years of experience on these machines, has given us an in depth knowledge of possible failure points, which we can address PRIOR to then becoming an problem to you and your staff.

Your machine will be serviced to manufacturers guidelines and beyond! How do we know? Because we wrote the manufacturers servicing schedule! Included in the price is the cost of known consumables such as hydraulic oil and gearbox oils so the price you are quoted is the price you will pay! Even traveling costs are included.

In addition, minor problems can be addressed whilst on site. When your service date approaches, we will call and arrange a suitable date to complete the work and ask if you have any problems with the machine. In this way we can ensure the right engineer is on site with the right tools and spares to complete the task. Reducing your costs further.

Along with the required servicing, we will perform the required P.I.A.C. tests for Health & Safety. These in accordance with current guidelines and followed by a full calibration of the machine to ensure accuracy.

Follow up paperwork will include your P.I.A.C Certificate if all is well. If not, we will state what the problem is and quote for completing the work. If the work is completed within a suitable period, the certificate can be issued with the repairs on it, dispensing with the need for another visit. Again reducing your costs.
